“It’s such a wonderful surprise to be nominated for a Create Student Award! When I became a student representative in 2022, I just wanted to organise a few socials and get to know my peers better. Now, three years on, there’s a real community in the course. My younger peers have so many more opportunities to learn and grow, and I helped make that happen. I don’t think anyone does these things for the accolades, but I think I can speak on behalf of every nominee that it’s truly lovely to have these efforts recognised.”
